Actually, it's quite healthy to feel all emotions. Being angry releases pent up stress.

If you never get angry... The stress you have when you're annoyed just builds up. No one can be happy forever, and no one can be sad forever. Sometimes, you really just need to be frustrated... And let it all out.

Not doing so can lead to health problems, as stress can take its' toll on the body itself.
